Matt Glass joined HayterComm after spending over a decade working in the overland and off-road industry, the majority of that handling the North American marketing and PR for ARB 4x4 Accessories, the Australian 4x4 giant. Now calling the Pacific Northwest home, the Cascades serve as a substitute for the Appalachians of his childhood. During a stint in the Rockies, he tackled almost every 4x4 trail in Colorado while coordinating volunteer efforts to maintain and repair trails there. An ecologist by training, he eventually traded in deer skulls for the 4x4 industry. Adventures (and work) have taken him from Moab, to the Mojave, and across the Australian outback. Having lived the overland and 4x4 lifestyle since he had a driver's license, Matt is a true insider of the overland and power sports market.

He is an avid trail runner and backcountry skier, spending his time playing outdoors in the pacific northwest.

New to the public relations industry, Andrew joined the Hayter Comm team with quite the diverse background. Most recently coming from the health insurance industry, Andrew brings two years of sales experience from the Flexible Benefit Service Corporation of Rosemont, IL. Before moving to Chicago and finally settling in Boulder, he primarily worked as an independent musician for 13+ years in his home state of Michigan. Andrew was raised in rugged Northern Michigan and is excited to put his love of the outdoors and strong work ethic to test at Hayter Comm. Currently, outside of his time pitching and tracking, he is also working on a feature film documentary with Filament Productions as an archivist in Golden, Colorado. Andrew majored in Sociology and Religion at Western Michigan University.

Enthusiastic, driven, and always game for an adventure, Meredith is HayterComm’s most recent addition to the team. A Seattle area native, Meredith worked her way through school at Central Washington University as a Public Relations and Special Events Coordinator for several nonprofits. Most recently, before doors opened for her at HayterComm, she put her Public Relations degree and strong communication skills to work at IslandWood, a Bainbridge Island organization that introduces the outdoors to underprivileged youth. A big believer in soaking up Washington’s gorgeous (but elusive) sunshine, Meredith’s time away from her work computer is spent lounging on an inner tube, paddling to Blake Island on her kayak, and singing in the car while searching for a beach to comb. Of course, all of these things are done with a coffee in hand, as only a Seattle gal would do.
